How long does it take to be ready?
In under 7 working days from receiving your words and photos. Once the design is approved, we publish it within 24 hours.
Do you translate the invitation into other languages?
No. You choose the languages and give us the texts already translated into each one. We lay them out and publish them exactly as you send them, without reviewing or correcting the spelling, so every version says exactly what you want.
Do guests have to download an app?
No, it works like a normal website. We’ll give you a private link and a QR code, perfect to print or send over WhatsApp. No apps, no downloads.
Can we make last-minute changes?
Of course! Small tweaks like coach times or hotel details can be updated at any point during the 12 months it’s online.
Does the invitation work on every phone?
Yes. It’s optimised for iOS and Android and works perfectly in Chrome, Safari and Firefox. It’s also fully responsive on computers and tablets.
How do we receive the RSVPs?
Each RSVP reaches you by email as soon as the guest replies, with plus-ones, allergies and menu choice. With the Premium and Bespoke packages they’re also saved to a Google Sheet you can review and sort whenever you like.
What happens after the wedding?
The invitation stays online for 12 months. After that, we can renew it or turn it into a keepsake site with your favourite photos and videos from the big day.
