Ordering

Terms & conditions

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These general terms govern orders for the digital wedding invitation services offered by Invitalier through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Provider details

2. Purpose and services

Invitalier designs and delivers interactive digital wedding invitations, hosted online and accessible via a private link and a QR code.

Services are offered in different packages (Essential, Premium and Bespoke) and optional add-ons, whose features and prices are detailed on the site at the time of ordering.

3. Ordering process

Orders are placed through the configurator, where you choose the package, sections, languages and add-ons, and provide the required details. You will see the summary and total price before paying.

Payment is processed through Stripe’s secure gateway. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. The contract is formed at that point.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Each order is a one-off payment, with no recurring fees or automatic renewals, unless a specific add-on states otherwise (for example, renewing a custom domain after the first year).

The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order and is always calculated on the server based on your selection.

5. Payment methods

Payment is made by card or other methods supported by Stripe. Payment details are entered directly within Stripe’s secure environment: Invitalier never accesses or stores your card details.

6. Service delivery and timelines

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to begin work, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

  • The invitation is built from the information and materials (photos, text, etc.) you provide.
  • Revisions are included until you approve it, as stated for each package.
  • Delivery is via a private link and a QR code, with hosting included for the stated period (12 months, unless otherwise indicated).

Timelines depend in part on how quickly you provide content and approvals.

7. First-proposal guarantee

If the first design proposal doesn’t win you over, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the first proposal delivered; once you request changes to it or approve it, it is deemed accepted.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Exception for personalised services and content

However, under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (RDL 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalised goods or digital content, nor to services already performed or begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose the right of withdrawal once the contract is performed.

Since our invitations are made to measure for each couple, by confirming your order you expressly request that work begins and acknowledge that, once it has begun, you lose the right of withdrawal. Until then — and in any case covered by the first-proposal guarantee in section 7 — you may request cancellation by emailing valcrudoa@gmail.com.

9. Your obligations

You undertake to provide accurate information and to hold the necessary rights over the content you give us (photographs, music, text), releasing Invitalier from any liability for third-party claims arising from those materials.

10. Intellectual property

The design and code of the invitation belong to Invitalier. With payment, you obtain a licence to use your invitation for the purpose contracted. The content you provide remains yours.

11. Liability and availability

Invitalier will take reasonable steps to keep the invitation available during the contracted period, although 100% availability cannot be guaranteed due to external technical factors (hosting providers, network incidents, etc.).

12. Changes to these terms

Invitalier may amend these terms at any time. The terms applicable to each order will be those in force and accepted at the time of ordering.

13. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

As a consumer, you may settle any dispute out of court through alternative dispute resolution bodies for consumer matters, such as the Spanish consumer arbitration boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo), without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the competent consumer authorities.
