The purpose of this site is to present Invitalier’s digital wedding invitation services, allow them to be configured and ordered online, and make it easy to get in touch.

Access to the site is free, except for the cost of the internet connection contracted by each user.

Users undertake to make appropriate and lawful use of the site and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to third parties.

Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is prohibited without the express written authorisation of the owner.

Invitalier endeavours to keep the site operational and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors, nor the permanent availability of the service for reasons beyond its control.

Invitalier is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the site by users.

The site may contain links to third-party pages (for example, the payment gateway). Invitalier is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites, which users access at their own responsibility.

The processing of any personal data provided through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
